Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature. This paragraph applies to the free parts of this website. The paid Claim Note Tool is covered by the Claim Note Tool License section.

Claim Note Tool License:

  1. The Claim Note Tool is a separate, licensed service offered to billing organizations. These terms apply to it in addition to the rest of this page.
  2. Dedicated license. Each company receives its own dedicated, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Claim Note Tool for its own internal business use. The license is tied to one company, one private page and one password. You must not share the page link or password with any other company or anyone outside your organization, and you must not sell, rent, sub-license or resell the tool or access to it.
  3. Free trial. A free trial lasts 1 week from the date we send your access details. When the trial ends, access stops unless you start a paid plan.
  4. Plans and payment. Plans are charged per organization, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on our website when you subscribe. You can pay by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. You can cancel at any time, and your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  5. Fair use and limits. To keep the tool fast and reliable for everyone, we may limit how many notes a company can create per minute, based on the size of the organization. You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or try to rebuild the tool or its note wording, send automated or bulk requests, or try to get around any access control or limit.
  6. Your information. You must not type patient names or other details that identify a patient into the tool. What you type is used only to build your note, and we do not store any information typed into the tool. You are responsible for checking every note before you use it, because notes are built from what you enter.
  7. Availability and changes. We provide the tool “as is”. We may update, improve or change it at any time. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not obliged to make changes requested by customers.
  8. Suspension and ending. We may pause or end a license if these terms are broken, for example if a password is shared outside the licensed company or if fees are not paid. When a license ends, access stops.
  9. Limit of liability for paid services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to a licensed company for any claim connected with the Claim Note Tool is limited to the fees that company paid for the period in which the claim arose.
