Personal information we collect:

You can read most of this website without giving us any personal information. We collect personal information only when you send it to us through a form.

Contact form: your name, email address and message.

Free trial request form: your name, company name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company size, the plan you are interested in, and any message you write.

We use this information to reply to you, set up your free trial or license, send you your access details, and send you notices about your trial or license, such as when it ends or needs renewal. We do not sell your information.

The Claim Note Tool and what you type:

When a licensed user presses Submit in the Claim Note Tool, the details typed into the tool are sent over a secure connection to our server only to build the note, and the note is sent back. We do not store any information typed into the tool. We ask users never to type patient names or other details that identify a patient.

This website uses cookies to make it work and to understand how it is used. Company pages for the Claim Note Tool are protected by a password. After you enter it, your browser keeps a small cookie so that you do not have to enter it again on every visit. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the website running.
